Werter Editor und Freunde! Gruß der Liebe und des Friedens zuvor! Dieweil die “Rundschau” ein sicherer Bote ist, so möchte ich durch dieselbe ausfinden, wo sich meine Geschwister in Amerika aufhalten…. Als von Abraham Braun und Witwe Peter Buller habe ich jetzt in der “Rundschau” gelesen, daß sie noch am Leben sind. Ich möchte auch gerne von den anderen Geschwistern Auskunft und richtige Adressen haben, als: David Buller, Norddakota; Benjamin Buller, Kansas und von Johann Wiensen, Peter Bullers und Abraham Braunen Kinder.... Ich habe schon so manchen Brief nach Benjamin und David Buller geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe es auch voriges Jahr berichtet, daß der Vater gestorben ist. Die Mutter ist noch rüstig. Wir sind, Gott sei Lob und Dank, noch so ziemlich gesund. Unser Sohn Heinrich hat sich diesen Winter verheiratet mit Elisabeth Unruh von Hierschau. Von der Frau ihrer Freundschaft, nämlich: Johann Warkentin, Hillsboro; Peter Janzen, Canada…. Daß Onkel Heinrich Gräwe noch am Leben ist, habe ich in der “Rundschau” gelesen. Herzlichen Dank und Grüße für Eure Berichte. Meine Frau ist die Tochter des Johann Gräwen, Aganetha, von Alexanderthal. Er ist schon vor zwei Jahren gestorben. Sie hatten ihn knieend vor dem Bette tot gefunden. Sein Sohn Joh. Gräwe wohnt auf Ufa.

Dear editor and friends, firstly, greetings of love and peace! Since the “Rundschau” is a reliable messenger, I would like to use it to find out where my siblings are in America…. I have now read in the “Rundschau” that Abraham Braun and the widow of Peter Buller are still alive. I would also like to have information and correct addresses for the other siblings: David Buller of North Dakota; Benjamin Buller of Kansas, and the families of Johann Wiens and Peter Buller, and the children of Abraham Braun…. I have written many letters to Benjamin and David Buller but have not received a reply. I also reported last year that father died. Mother is still sprightly. May God be praised and thanked, we're still pretty healthy. Our son Heinrich married Elisabeth Unruh from Hierschau this winter.... Friends of my wife include Johann Warkentin of Hillsboro and Peter Janzen of Canada. I read in the "Rundschau" that Uncle Heinrich Graewe is still alive. Warm greetings and thanks for your reports. My wife is the daughter of Johann and Aganetha Graewe from Alexanderthal. He died two years ago. They found him dead kneeling in front of the bed. His son Johann Graewe lives in Ufa….
