text of obituary:

LOCAL

. . .

— The many friends here and elsewhere of Wm. H. Ebersole, mathematics teacher in the local high school, were deeply grieved at the report of his death at the Bethel hospital last Friday. Mr. Ebersole had not been in the best of health for some time, although it was only a few days before his death that he became seriously ill and had to discontinue his work at the high school. He is survived by Mrs. Ebersole and two children, his aged parents, four brothers and two sisters. because of insufficient room at the Bethel College church, where he was a member funeral services were held at the First Methodist church Monday afternoon. Rev. J. W. Kliewer and Rev. Paul Erb of Hesston were in charge of the services. Mr. Ebersole reached the age of 45 years, and it is deeply regretted that his useful career came to an end so early in life. The Review extends heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
