MRS. HELEN MILLER SIEMENS

(Mrs.) Helen Miller Siemens was born on July 21,1890 in Friedensfeld, south Russia. The family moved to Canada, pioneering in Saskatchewan, in 1907. She received Christ as her Saviour in 1909, was baptized and remained a faithful member of the Mennonite Brethren Church.

On September 3, 1911, she married Gerhard Siemens. They farmed for several years, and continued farming after moving to Shafter, California in 1923. She loved her Lord and spent much time reading her Bible and praying for her family and others. After her husband's passing in 1964 she moved to Kern Crest Manor in Shafter, her home until the Lord called her home on December 12.

She leaves to mourn her sons and their wives, Bill and Rose, Ernest and Laura, and Jake and Thelma, all of Shafter; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
