— Walter H. Schroeder, 58, long-time resident of the Goessel community, died at the Bethesda Home there Tuesday morning, Dec. 31. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Alexanderwohl church, Rev. P. A. Wedel in charge. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. C. F. Unruh of Newton, and three brothers, August of Hillsboro, and Ferd and Reinhard of Canton.
