NETA BRAUN

Miss Neta Braun of Coaldale, Alberta passed away in the Lethbridge Nursing Home on March 29 after a lengthy illness . She was born on February 16,1895 to Frank and Elizabeth (nee Warkentin) Braun of Sparrau, South Russia . During her youth she committed her life to Christ and was baptized and received into th e Mennonite Brethren church. She experienced much ill health during her youth; later, however, sh e was able to help along with the family work . In 1924 she accompanied her parents to Canada. She leaves to mo urn one sister, Mrs . Maria Thiessen, Coaldal e, and one brother, Bernhard Braun, Lethbridge, with their fami lies. The funeral was conducted in the Coaldale Mennonite Brethren Church on April 2 with D.J . Pankratz and H.H. Kornelson ministering.
