ARON FEHR

Aron Fehr was born to David and Elizabeth Fehr on February 23, 1930 at Hague, Sask. At the age of two he moved with his parents to Waldheim, Sask., and approximately ten years later to Virgil, Onto As a young lad he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour during an evangelistic campaign conducted inWaldheim by Rev. John Parschauer and Rev. Robins. In 1950 he was baptized upon his confession of faith and accepted into the fellowship of the St, Catharines Mennonite Brethren Church. He was married to Mary Benio of Bonnyville, Alta., in July, 1955, a marriage that was blessed with five children. For a number of years 'they lived in Saskatoon where he was employed as a trucker. In 1964 they took up a homestead in the ta-coreydistrict in northern Alberta. To supplement the family 's meagre incame, Aron did some logging in the High Prairie district some 350 miles west of their home. It was here that he meta sudden death as a result of an accident while felling trees, He leaves to mourn, his wife, Mary; five children, Deborah 14, David 12, Bobby 10, Karen 7 and Trent 5; his parents, Mr. and Mrs, David Fehr,Wal,dheim; three brothers, David, Fort St. John, B .C., Abe, North Battleford, Sa,sk., Amos, St. Catharines; seven sisters, Mrs. John (Helen) Harms, St. CMharines, Mrs. Peter (Anne) Petkau, Waldheim, Mrs. Jake (Mary) Rempel, Waldheim, Mrs. Ross (Hetty) Green, Dunnville, Ont., Mrs. Harry (Margaret) Lang, Dunnville, Mrs , Victor (Katie) Nickel, Watrous, Sask., and Mrs. John (Agnes) Goertzen, Virgil, Ont.; his parents-in-law; four brothers-in-law; , three , .sisters-in-Iaw and many other friends and relatives.
