Jacob Klaus Wieb e, Herbert, Sask., passed aw ay A ug ust 26 in th e e~bertMorse Union Hospital. He was born on Nov. 27, 1883, at iMarion, Kans'as, and ,in 1906 he moved to Herber·t with his parents. Two yea rsl'at er, on August 16, 1908, he 'Was baptize;d upon his faith and rec ei'ved 'into the M ain Centre Mennonite Brethren Church. On February 28, 1909, he w a's united in marriage to Sarah DeFehr. He fa'rmed ,in rhe Herbe,rt area and also ran a bus1 iness, the ·latter unti,l 1944 and t,he fo,rmer un il 1960. He was predece'ased by his parents, three brother·s and four sisters, one infant son and one 'infan't gra nd ch i I,d. Surviv,ing are his wi·fe, Sarah; five daughters, Mrs . M .
