MARILYN ROSE BALZER

Marilyn Rose Balzer. infant daughter of John and Bertha, Terrace, B.C., was born September 17, 1969. At two weeks it was discovered that she had a ,heart murmur but at the time ·it was thought it would be something which would disappear with time. At ,four months she was taken to a docror to be checked over because she 'had a continuous cough. A few days 'later she was flown to Vancouver for fUither ,investigation and possible surgery. After two week-s it was decided to do a surgical procedure tha- t could -help her unti'l open 'heart surgery could be performed at the age of five. But a few hours a·fter the operation she quietly s'lipped to her heavenly home. Her parents and Glenn and Sharon and many relatives mourn her departure, but rejo'ice to know that she ,has a better body and that someday there will be areunion. The funeral service was held from the Abbotsford Central Heights Mennonite Brethren Church, Saturday, February 21, with Rev. N'ick J. Dyck officiating
