PETER K. KRAHN

Peter Karl Krahn, 63, of SaskatoonSask., passed away at the North Battleford Hospital on March 9. The funerawas in the Central Mennonite Brethrend Rev. Mark Gripp conducting the service.

He was born on July 1, 1904 to Mr.and Mrsjf K8.&LKrCthn of Kronstal, SouthRussia, ana 'as a'!'yol.!l1g boy a.cceptedChrist as his PersoI:1al SaViour. ·' .Mtercoming to C~!?-~da. he realized his "needto live a life of entire commitment Christ and so he was baptized and joinethe Mennonite Brethren Church at Abedeen, Sask. In 1925 he was married Annie Sawatsky of Aberdeen. For onyear they farmed at Lucky Lake, Sasand then they came back to Aberdeewhere they farmed from 1926 to 193

His illness forced them to discontinufarming and required his hospitalizatioHe remained hospitalized for 29 yeauntil his death. When he was visited halways joined in prayer, expressing hassurance of peace with God.

He is survived by his wife, Anne; ondaughter, Mrs. Henry (Breata) Klassenfour sons, George of Vancouver, HenrHerb and John of Saskatoon; four siters and one brother.
