ELLA A. DYCK

Ella Agatha Dyck died Aug . 14. She was born May 18, 1926 to jacob and Bertha Dyck in Winkler, Man. She be- came sickly after 1 year. She lived with her par- ents . In 1961 she re- ceived her first cornea transplant, and 10 years '---- -'---- --' later her second. In 1967 she began working at Valley Rehab Cen - ter in Winkler. In 1977 her parents moved to Salem Home and she lived first with Mrs. Buh- ler, then 2 other foster homes before moving into Crocus Manor. Aunt Nettie Kroeker ex- plained the way of salvation to her and she be- lieved in jesus as her Saviour. She was bap- tized, joining Winkler MB Church. She was a happy person with a sense of humour. She re- minded people of her birthday and how old she would be. She enjoyed visits by her friends, particularly james and Charity Peters . Prede - ceased by her parents, sister Lillian with hus - band Peter and 6 children, sister Evelyn, broth- ers Bill and Pete, she is mourned by brother jake of Winnipeg; sisters Lena Voth of Win- nipeg and Annie Buhler of Saskatoon ; many nieces and nephews.
