AGNES KRAHN

Agnes Krahn died Feb . 9. She was born Jan . 30, 1912 in Reinfeld, Yazykovo, Ukraine to Daniel and Katherine Pauls. She committed her life to the Lord at 11 and was baptized 6 years later, becoming a member of the MB Church, claiming Mark 16:16. The family im- migrated to Herbert, Sask. in 1923. In 1930, she married Jacob Krahn . They farmed in the Herbert area. She always maintained contact with family throughout Canada and in Ger- many. She enjoyed family visits, travelling, handicrafts, watching curling and the Toron- to Blue Jays. Her faith and love of family kept her strong. Predeceased by Jacob in 1967, she is mourned by daughter Lory, sons Ervin, Jake, Ken and Lawrence; 25 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 1 sister. The funer- al was Feb. 12 in Bridgeway Community Church, Swift Current, Sask ., with Cliff Janzen ministering.
