MRS MARY ROGALSKY

Mary Rogalsky of Brandon, Man. passed away on November 22. She was born on April 13, 1895 in Russia. During her teens her family moved to Siberia; there she married Jacob Penner. They had a daughter Mary and a son Jacob; her husband died just before the son's birth. Several years later she married Abram Driedger; they had four children: Katie, Anne, Abe, and a son who died in infancy. In 1930 the family immigrated to Canada, settling in Brookdale, Man., where she and her husband were baptized and joined the Mennonite Brethren Church. In 1933 Mr. Driedger passed away. Several years later she married George Rogalsky. Together they had one daughter, Helen. Mary was a member of the Justice (Man.) MB Church. She will be missed by her husband George of Brandon; four daughters and husbands: Mary and Henry Wiens, Virden, Katie und John Driedger, Justice, Anne and ARt Penner and Helen and John Loewen, Douglas (all Man.); and two sons and wives: Jake and Mary Penner of Justice and Abe and Dona Driedger of Ottawa. The funeral was held November 26 in the Richmond Park MB Church, Brandon, with Walter Loewen and pastor Albert Baerg in charge.
