— Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Hilda Wedel Osburn, 60, which occurred Sept. 12 at St. Clair, Mo. Mrs. Osburn was born in Newton while her father, the late Rev. C. H. Wedel, was serving as president of Bethel college. Relatives here include an aunt, Mrs. Sara Richert, and an uncle, Dr. D. H. Richert of North Newton. Funeral services were held at St. Clair on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
