MARY DICK

Mrs. Mary Dick, aged 47, beloved wife of David J. Dick, passed away in the City Hospital of Saskatoon, on July 11.

She was born on April 14, 1921 in Friedensruh, Russia, and came to Canada with her parents in 1926. They settled in the Watrous (Saskatchewan) district. During her childhood she accepted Christ as her personal Saviour and in 1941 was baptised and received into the fellowship of the Philadelphia MB Church. On November 16, 1941, she was married to David J. Dick, and three children blessed their union. Mrs. Dick found much joy in her church work, as teacher, Sunday School secretary and choir member.

Mourning her passing is her husband David; two daughters: Mrs. Wayne Schmidt of Lanigan, Sask.; Mrs. John Penner of Watrous, Sask.; one son, Robert, at home.
