BOY DIED FROM RARE AILMENT

Berlin, Ohio. — Joseph Miller, 15-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe W. Miller of this place, died recently in the hospital at Pomerene, his death reportedly due to the rare blood disease, leukemia.

The youth had been admitted to the hospital about two weeks earlier after being kicked in the face by a horse and severely injured. It was at first thought that his blood condition might have been due to carbon monoxide poisoning, but later the diagnosis of leukemia was made.
