G. P. Epp, 60

Gerhard P . Epp of East Chilliwack, B.C., passed ,away on Jan. 1, 1962. He was born on April 21, 1901, in Elizabethtal, South Russia. In 1922 he was drafted into the Rea Army, but showed his peace convictions at the risk of his life. He found lasting happiness in the Lord in 1926. On June 23, 1926, he was married and in 1930 he was able to flee Russia with his family. They lived in Manitoba until 1946, when they moved to B.C. He was baptized in the East Chilliwack M. B. Church. His passing is mourned by his wife Anna, five children and their spouses, eight grandchildren, a sister and two brothers.
