— Rev. David J. Wipf, for 18 years elder of the Neu Hutterthal church at Freeman, S. D., passed away there recently at the age of 75 years. His last sermon was given on May 2, 1937, at which time he was still in comparatively good health. Funeral services were held at his own church, where a loud speaker had to be installed to permit an overflow crowd of friends at the funeral to hear the services.
