• Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Goessel Mennonite Church for Miss Agnes Sommerfeld, 82, who died March 21 at the Bethesda Hospital. Rev. Levi Koehn officiated at the funeral. Miss Sommerfeld was a lifelong resident of the Canton community. She leaves a brother, Ferd, of Halstead, and one sister Kate, of Canton.
