IOWA FATHER OF FOUR FATALLY INJURED IN SAW MILL

Wellman, Iowa. — This community was saddened by the accidental death of Henry C. Miller, 35, who was fatally injured in a small saw mill on his farm north of here Oct. 16. He passed away at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, about four hours after the accident.

A large number of relatives and friends paid last respects to Bro. Miller in services at the home of his parents, Christian B. Millers, on Friday. He was a member of the Old Order Amish church.

Besides his parents and his wife the former Fanny Mae Helmuth, he leaves three daughters and a son, all at home; two sisters, Leona and Mary Miller, and a brother, Edwin, all of Kalona.

The tragedy occurred when a belt slipped off, entangling his legs and drawing them into the saw. Several helpers came to his aid, but he suffered considerable loss of blood.
