Suffers Fatal Attack on Trip

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services were held in the Amish community at Middlebury for Abraham J. Mast, 71, who died suddenly of a heart attack in Chicago Nov. 20 while returning with his wife from a trip to Kansas. He became ill and passed away in a taxicab at the LaSalle Street station.

Bro. Mast was a life-long resident of the Middlebury community, where he farmed. Surviving are his wife, four children, 11 grandchildren and one brother, Andrew J. Mast of Ligonier.
