Mother of Tabor Instructor Dies

Corn, Okla. — Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Nikkel, 77, a resident of this community for more than 50 years, were held March 22 at the Mennonite Brethren church here. She died at the Clinton Nursing Home on Sunday March 20.

Mrs. Nikkel was the mother of Miss Susie Mae Nikkel, an instructor at Tabor college. Also surviving are four sons, three brothers and two sisters.

A native of Medora, Kan., Mrs. Nikkel was married here to P. P. Nikkel, who died 16 years ago.
