Mrs. Mary Hiebert, whose home has been at 221 South West Second, died Monday morning at Bethel hospital about 5:30, after an illness of several days of pneumonia. She was 74 years old yesterday. She was the mother of Peter Hiebert of 213 South West Second. She also leaves a daughter, Mrs. Mary Jones of Deerfield, Kan., who has been here all through the mother's illness. Mrs. Jones came to attend the funeral of an aunt, Mrs. Smith, at Goessel, a week ago, and her mother became ill that evening. Mrs. Hieberts husband, Peter f., died in April, 1916.

Funeral services will be conducted at the First Mennonite church Wednesday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. J. E. Entz will deliver a sermon in English, and Rev. Bernard Regier in German. Burial will take place in Greenwood cemetery.
