MRS. ANNA REDINGER

Mrs. Anna Koehn Redinger, daughter of Dave and Julia Koehn, was born Jan. 21, 1883 at Pawnee Rock, Kansas and passed away Nov 24, 1960, at the age of 77 years, 10 months and three days.

On Oct. 25, 1905 she was married to John Redinger of Burrton, Kan. He preceded her in death Dec. 2, 1935.

A nephew, Rolland Whittle, was taken into their home and loved and reared as their own son.

She was converted and found remission of her sins through Jesus Christ and upon the confession of her faith was baptized and added to the Church of God in Christ Mennonite on July 20, 1924 at Halstead, Kansas.

She had a kind, loving disposition, and it was her endeavor by the grace of God to live an honest, upright Christian life. After the death of her husband she lived in the home which they had built and enjoyed for several years, after which, not being able to take care of herself, she was given kind, loving, and Christian care in various homes. She peacefully passed away on Thanksgiving Day at the Rest Home in Galva, Kansas.

She is survived by one foster son, Rolland Whittle and family of Hermosa Beach, Calif.; four brothers, Enoch of Burns, Kansas, Simon and Dan of Halstead, Kansas, and Aaron of DeRidder, Louisiana, two sisters, Susie, Mrs. Frank Goossen of Rosenort, Manitoba, and Lena, Mrs. Dave Jantz of Abbotsford, B. C., and a host of relatives and friends.
