Mrs. Henry Schroeder

Mt. Lake, Minn., Feb. 14. — Mrs. Henry Schroeder, aged seventy-three years, was laid to rest in the local cemetery yesterday afternoon, following funeral services in the Bethel church, in charge of Rev. J. J. Balzer. Death came as the result of a siege of flu which first made its claim on December 28th. She rallied somewhat, but suffered a relapse on January 10th, and was unable to regain her feet again.

the deceased was born in Rudnerweide, South Russia on April 10, 1855. Here she spent her childhood days, attending school until she was twelve years old. In 1876 she came to this country with her parents, settling on a farm southwest of Mountain Lake. On Nov. 29, 1877, she was united in marriage to Henry Schroeder. Until
