— Funeral services for Paul D. Schowalter, 74, retired carpenter of Moundridge, were conducted Thursday afternoon, July 22, at the West Zion Mennonite Church there. Rev. Marvin Zehr, the pastor officiated. Mr. Schowalter, a lifelong resident of the Moundridge community, died July 19 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Tucson, Ariz. after a long illness. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Wanda Gravel of Moundridge, and two brothers, Lawrence of Moundridge and Monroe of Wichita.
