SARAH YODER

Sarah Yoder, daughter of Abraham and Fannie (Kurtz) Yoder, was born in Michigan on Dec. 28, 1864, and died at the Mennonite Home for the Aged near Albany, Oregon Nov. 26, 1957, after an illness of two years, at the age of 92 years, 10 months and 29 days.

After the Civil War the family moved from Michigan to Missouri and from there she remained until her death. She was the fifth in a family of eleven children and is survived by only one sister, Mrs. Obed Miller of Hammett, Idaho.

The services were held Saturday, Nov. 30, 1957, in the chapel of Everhart and Kent funeral home with John M. Lederach, pastor of Zion Mennonite Church, in charge.

The body was laid to rest in the family plot at Zion cemetery three miles east of Hubbard, Oregon.
