HELEN TACHOLSKY

Helen Tacholsky died Jan. 8. She was born in Nikopol, Russia Dec. 23, 1912 and lived in Olgafeld, Russia until 1925 when she came to Canada with her family. They settled in Kelstern, Sask. She experienced salvation at 15 and was baptized in 1931. She married Rudolph Tacholsky Feb. 15, 1940. They farmed in the Kelstern area until retiring to Swift Current, Sask. in the late 1980s. She had the gift of hospitality and put on many barbeques for friends and relatives. She loved the Lord and was concerned about people's souls. Predeceased by Rudolph, sons Leslie and Raymond, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, she is mourned by sons Herb and Linden; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, 1 brother. The funeral was in Bridgeway Communitiy Church, Swift Current, with Cliff Janzen ministering.
