JOHN WIENS

John Wiens died April 30, 2004. He was born March 2, 1929 in Chinook, Alberta. He was a kind and thoughtful man, loved and respected by all who knew him. His enthusiasms ranged from trains to birding to theology to dams. He had a humble and faithful walk with God. Predeceased by one daughter, he is mourned by his wife Irene, daughter Shirley, sons Brian and Trevor, six grandchildren, mother Anna Dorn, 5 sisters, 2 brothers. The funeral was May 4 in First Mennonite Church, Edmonton with Dennis Wiens ministering.
