ELSIE DYCK

Elsie Dyck passed away Aug. 24. She was born Dec. 17, 1919 in Hierschau, Ukraine and immigrated to Canada with her famiJy in 1926. She accepted Jesus at revival meetings in Pincher Creek, Alta. and was baptized later in South Abbotsford (B.C.) MB Church. She worked in Vancouver, then took a Practical Nurses Course, and served in this career until retirement. She travelled and took care of her mother. She served in Clearbrook (B.C.) MB Church library for a number of years. She was known for praying for and supporting missionaries. She is mourned by brother Ernest. The funeral was Aug. 28 in Clearbrook MB Church.
