HENRY UNRAU

Henry Unrau passed away Oct 15. He was born Dec. 14, 1913 to Frank and Elizabeth Unrau in Schoenwiese, Siberia. The family came to Canada in 1926. He was baptized in the Souris River in summer 1934. He married Susie Ratzlaff Apr. 4, 1943. He farmed near Margaret and Ninga, Man. 1943-2002. They moved into Boissevain, Man. in 1981 . His greatest enjoyments were his family and farming; he also enjoyed curling , golfing and bowling. He was a long-time member of Boissevain MB Church. Predeceased by 3 brothers, he is mourned by Susie; children David, Peter, Walter, Esther Meisner, John, Paul, Clara Reimer, Phillip, Mary Anne Guenther and Cathy Kroeker; 33 grandchildren; 3 great- grandchildren; and 1 sister. The funeral was Oct. 19 at Boissevain MB Church.
