AGED RESIDENT OF WAYLAND COMMUNITY FOUND DEAD AT HOME
Wayland, Iowa. — Peter Widmer, aged Wayland man who lived alone here for a number of years, was found dead at his home in the north part of town on Sept. 3. The body was found after a friend who visited the aged man daily received no response at the home for several days.
Funeral services were to be held at the Eicher Mennonite church
