DIES WHILE ON TRIP

Eureka, Ill. — Funeral services were held at the Calvary Mennonite Church in Washington, Thursday, July 19, for Joseph Rediger, 74, a long-time resident of Eureka. Rev. Heinz Jenzen officiated.

Mr. Rediger became fatally ill while on a trip to Aurora, Neb., where he visited relatives. He was engaged in farming until his retirement in 1950.

Besides his wife, two sons, Lester of Eureka and Joseph Jr. of Streator, and a daughter, Mrs. Irene Arnett, of Hampton, Neb. survive.
