FATHER OF FOUR FATALLY INJURED WHILE BIDING BICYCLE
Goshen, Ind. — While riding his bicycle on busy U. S. highway 6 west of Nappanee on July 20, Andrew S. Borkholder was struck from the rear by a large semi-trailer and fatally injured. He lived for only a few minutes after the accident.
Funeral services were held July 23 at the home in the Nappanee community. He was a member of the Amish church.
Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Hershberger; four children at home; his father, Samuel J. Borkholder; two brothers and five sisters.
