1,500 ATTEND FUNERAL OF WELL-KNOWN ALTONA, MANITOBA MERCHANT
Altona, man. — About 1,500 persons attended funeral services in the large Bergthaler Mennonite Church for Diedrich H. Reimer, 63, who was employed in the same general store here for 36 years.
During Mr. Reimer's career four different owners operated the store, now Alton Co-op Services, Ltd. He was manager of the dry goods department.
