Archbold, Ohio. — Funeral services for Roger Allen Wyse, 20, who droned July 11 in Clear Lake northeast of Angola, Ind. were conducted Friday afternoon at the Lockport Mennonite Church near here. Rev. Walter Stuckey officiated. | |||
The young man, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel B. Wyse of Route 1, West Unity, had gone to the lake with four companions, all from this area. Three of them rowed out onto the lake to go swimming, and the other two were in another boat. | |||
The boat with the swimmers shipped water, and all three started swimming for shore. When about 75 feet from shore, Roger called for help but the others were unable to save him. | |||

SERVICES FOR ROGER ALLEN WYSE HELD AT LOCKPORT, O. CHURCH
Archbold, Ohio. — Funeral services for Roger Allen Wyse, 20, who droned July 11 in Clear Lake northeast of Angola, Ind. were conducted Friday afternoon at the Lockport Mennonite Church near here. Rev. Walter Stuckey officiated.
The young man, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel B. Wyse of Route 1, West Unity, had gone to the lake with four companions, all from this area. Three of them rowed out onto the lake to go swimming, and the other two were in another boat.
