MRS. NELLIE EPP

(Mrs.) Nellie Epp was born in 1914 in Chortitza, southern Russia to the Abram Froeses. In 1923 she emigrated to Canada with her parents, and settled in the McMahon, Sask., district. Here she received the Lord as her personal Saviour, was baptized and joined the Rhinefeld Mennonite Brethren Church.

After teaching in southern Saskatchewan for a few years, she moved to B.C. in 1944. The following year she married Abram K. Epp.

After a lengthy illness, Mrs. Epp passed away in the Abbotsford Hospital on January 29. A funeral service was held in the Clearbrook Mennonite Brethren Church, where she had been a member. Rev. H. Lenzmann and Rev. H. H. Nikkel officiated.

She leaves to mourn her beloved husband, Abe; four sons, Leonard, Harold, Lloyd and Eugene; two grandchildren; four sisters; four brothers; and her father, Abram Froese.
