Wife of Minister Called By Death

Meyersdale, Pa. — A largely attended funeral took place at the Mt. View Amish Mennonite Church on April 13 as last rites were held for Mrs. Norman D. Beachy, 77, wife of one of the ministers of the Mt. View congregation. Her death on April 10 was the result of leukemia.

Mrs. Beachy was the daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Spenler of Ontario, Canada. Her husband is chairman of the Amish Mennonite Aid Committee.

Surviving in addition to Min. Beachy are a daughter, Mrs. Ervin Hershberger, one granddaughter and four sisters.
