Mrs. Barbara (Miller) Reber, 83, died Feb. 10 at the Pleasantview Home near Kalona where she had resided since 1958. She and her husband, Joel Reber, farmed northwest of Kalona for many years. He died in 1939. Funeral services for Mrs. Reber were held Sunday, Feb. 12 at the Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church.

Mrs. Barbara (Reber) Detweiler, 78, and Mrs. Anna (Birky) Eash, 82, both died Feb. 5 at the Shenk Rest Home here.

A native of Johnson County, Iowa, Mrs. Detweilerwas the widow of William D. Detweiler. She was a member of the Lower Deer Creek church, where the funeral services were held Feb. 8.

Mrs. Eash was born in Iowa County, and in 1898 was married to Andrew S. Eash. They farmed for a number of years before moving to Wellman, where he died in 1955. Funeral services for Mrs. Eash were held Feb. 7 at the West Union Mennonite Church.

Three Lifetime Residents Of Iowa Area Died

Wellman, Iowa. — Three aged women of this vicinity, all lifetime residents of this southeast Iowa region, died recently with a week's time.

Mrs. Barbara (Miller) Reber, 83, died Feb. 10 at the Pleasantview Home near Kalona where she had resided since 1958. She and her husband, Joel Reber, farmed northwest of Kalona for many years. He died in 1939. Funeral services for Mrs. Reber were held Sunday, Feb. 12 at the Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church.

Mrs. Barbara (Reber) Detweiler, 78, and Mrs. Anna (Birky) Eash, 82, both died Feb. 5 at the Shenk Rest Home here.
