A native of Harvey county, Kansas, Mr. Schellenberg attended McPherson College and Southwestern Normal school, Weatherford, Okla. He held several offices in the Mennonite Brethren conference.

He and his wife, the former Elizabeth Thesman, who survives; resided in Oklahoma and Texas before going to California more than 29 years ago. They lived at Shatter for about 26 years.

Retired Farmer, Teacher Died

Hillsboro, Kans. — Word has been received here of the death of David L. Schellenberg, well known retired farmer and public school teacher who passed away at Dinuba, Calif. March 7 at the age of 70. Funeral services were held at the Dinuba M. B. church.

A native of Harvey county, Kansas, Mr. Schellenberg attended McPherson College and Southwestern Normal school, Weatherford, Okla. He held several offices in the Mennonite Brethren conference.

He and his wife, the former Elizabeth Thesman, who survives; resided in Oklahoma and Texas before going to California more than 29 years ago. They lived at Shatter for about 26 years.
