Robert Wagner, 47, of the Cloverdale area, died suddenly after a heart attack at the Defiance hospital on June 27.  He was born Sept. 1, 1912 in Putnam county to William and Mary Wagner. Surviving are his father and step-mother of Defiance, six brothers, James of Fairview, Mich., Isaac of Waterford, Mich., Charles of Decatur, Ind., Mark of Traverse City, Mich., Paul and Arlo, both of Cloverdale area; five sisters, Mrs. Glada Diller of Fairview,Mich., Mrs. Vera Tucker of Cloverdale, Mrs. Anna Van Vactor of Plymouth, Mich., Mrs. Clarabell Kindersparker of Peru, Ind., Mrs. Eunice Ross of Rochester, Ind.; a step-sister, Mrs. Lucille Mansfield, and a step-brother, Gene Miller, both of Defiance.  He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant church where funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon with Ronald Martin and Menno Troyer officiating.  Burial was made in the Cascade cemetery.

Robert Wagner, 47, of the Cloverdale area, died suddenly after a heart attack at the Defiance hospital on June 27. He was born Sept. 1, 1912 in Putnam county to William and Mary Wagner.
