MRS. TINA FAST

Tina Fast was born October 15, 1898 in Kubanka, Orenburg, Russia. She was married to Jacob Fast on September 6, 1924. In 1926 they established their home in Canada. In 1928 they accepted the Lord as their personal Saviour and in 1931 they joined the Coaldale (Alta.) Mennonite Brethren Church.

In 1946 they relocated in East Chilliwack, B.C., on a farm. On July 4, 1960 Mrs. Fast laid her husband to rest. She retired and moved to her present home in 1962. On May 28 she suffered a stroke, and after six days of illness she went to be with the Lord.

She leaves to mourn four sons, Isaac, Henry, Jacob and John; four daughters, Neta, Marina, Nellie and Alice; 12 grandchildren; four daughters-in-law and three sons in-law; one brother, Peter Born in Vauxhall, Alta. and one sister, Neta Krieger in Russia; and many relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob; one child and one great-grandchild, both in infancy; one brother and three sisters.
