DAUGHTER OF KANSAS COUPLE CALLED BY DEATH AT PHOENIX
Protection, Kan. — Funeral services for Doris Jean Schultz, 15, whose death occurred July 6 at Phoenix, Ariz., were held Sunday afternoon at the Protection Mennonite Church. Preceding the services here, memorial services were held at the Sunnyslope Mennonite Church near Phoenix, of which she was a member.
The young woman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schultz, had been ill all of her life. The family moved to Phoenix seven years ago for her health. About a year ago doctors found that she was suffering from an incurable illness.
