Part of the machine apparently fell, striking him on the back and crushing his chest. By the time the family discovered the accident, he had already passed away.

Funeral services were held at the Paso Robles Mennonite church on June 18. He is survived by his wife Marie, three small children, and his mother, Mrs. Fred Quenzer.

CALIFORNIA FARMER KILLED BY FALLING GRAIN AUGER

Paso Robles, Calif. — Adolph Quenzer, 38-year-old farmer and father of three children, was killed about 5 p.m. on June 15 while working alone on a large grain auger.

Part of the machine apparently fell, striking him on the back and crushing his chest. By the time the family discovered the accident, he had already passed away.

Funeral services were held at the Paso Robles Mennonite church on June 18. He is survived by his wife Marie, three small children, and his mother, Mrs. Fred Quenzer.
