Young Mother Called by Death

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Warren Street Mennonite church in Middlebury Dec. 19 for Mrs. Marcia J. Mockler, 27, who died Dec. 16 in the Elkhart General hospital of a heart ailment. Less than a month earlier, on Nov. 21, she had given birth to a daughter at the same hospital.

Officiating at the funeral were Rev. Harold Thiessen of Donnellson, Iowa, former pastor at Middlebury, and Rev. Elmer Wall, the present pastor.

The young wife and mother is survived by her husband, Donald Mockler; three children; her father, Amzie. Miller; and four brothers.
