MAN FROM BERNE, IND. IN BOATING TRAGEDY AT ST. MARYS, OHIO
Berne, Ind. — This community was stunned when word spread Sunday afternoon, June 30, that Melvin F. Nussbaum, 42, of 755 North Jefferson street and Russel Price, 46, of Willshire, Ohio had drowned in Grand Lake near St. Marys, Ohio.
According to information received here, the boat in which the two men were cruising had capsized.
Funeral services for Nussbaum are to take place Wednesday, July 3, at the First Mennonite Church, of which he was a member.
