SERVICES HELD AT PROTECTION, KAN. FOR RETIRED HATCHERYMAN
Protection, Kan. — Funeral services were held at Fleener chapel in Protection Aug. 25 for Noah Zimmerman, 71, well-known retired hatchery operator here. He died Aug. 22 at the home in Greensburg.
He came to this community with his parents in 1907, and in 1909 was married to Pearl Schrock, who survives.
The funeral was in charge of Rev. Sanford Oyer, pastor of the Protection Mennonite church, and Rev. Charles Schweitzer.
