DEATH BRINGS RELEASE AFTER MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS AS INVALID

Meyersdale, Pa. — Release from more than seven years of suffering and invalidism, the result of a stroke of paralysis, came recently for John D. Yoder, 73, who died at the home in Springs.

Funeral services were held May 29 at the Maple Glen Conservative Mennonite Church, of which he was a long-time member.

The large family of survivors includes his wife, Lydia, 12 children, 27 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
