TIRE BLOWOUT CAUSES FATAL ACCIDENT IN SOUTHERN MANITOBA
Winkler, Manitoba. — A car driven by Isaac C. Krahn went out of control on Highway 32 south of here and overturned in a ditch, fatally injuring his passenger, Peter Abram Wall, 62, of Winkler and Winnipeg. Mr. Krahn is in the hospital with a broken hip but is recovering.
It was reported that a front tire on the car blew out, causing the crash. Mr. Wall died several hours after being admitted to the Bethel hospital in Winkler.
