DOGS KILL TWO AND ONE-HALF YEAR OLD BOY
At St. Louis, Mo. a pack of dogs killed a two-and-one-half year old boy before anyone noticed the gruesome tragedy.
The little lad, Mark D. Draper, was bound in a vacant field near his home, his body badly bitten up and mutilated.
