NATIVE OF RUSSIA, 97, CALLED BY DEATH AT DINUBA, CALIF.

Reedley, Calif. — Death removed one of the few remaining early-day Mennonite immigrants from Russia with the passing of Mrs. Aganetha Martens on March 5, at the age of 97. A resident of the Reedley-Dinuba area for the past 39 years, she died at the home of a daughter in Dinuba.

Funeral services were held March 7 at the Dinuba Mennonite Brethren Church.

Surviving are three daughters, three sons, 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
